Helping you find balance, build resilience, and create meaningful change

Pazely is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and build more balanced, fulfilling lives. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping patients better understand themselves, recognize strengths and options they may not yet see, and become active participants and advocates in their own care.

Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles, she emphasizes self-awareness, intentional action, and meaningful changes in thought and behavior. Care is individualized around each person’s values, circumstances, strengths, and goals, with attention to gratitude, purpose, restorative sleep, sustainable balance, and healthy sources of regulation and connection such as physical movement, nature, and music.

She has a particular interest in neurodivergence and strives to provide practical, affirming care by listening, asking rather than assuming, and recognizing that challenges are not always visible from the outside. She believes treatment should build capacity rather than stop at medication. When indicated, she uses evidence-based pharmacotherapy thoughtfully to support the deeper work of therapy, learning, behavior change, and personal growth.

With more than 18 years in nursing, her clinical experience spans the lifespan, from birth through end of life, including OB/GYN, family practice, critical care, acute detox, home health, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Experience in integrated behavioral health also shaped her commitment to whole-person, coordinated care and helping patients connect with the right resources at the right time.

Outside of clinical work, family is an important priority and reflects the value she places on balance, connection, and creating a meaningful life.
